Dylan understands the importance of user experience in an application and how it can take a good application to a great one. Working with Dylan during product demos was always great as he would not let ANYTHING slip in terms of the design and experience. If something didn't match up with the Figma design he would notice it and ask why the development team hadn't implemented it to match the design. Sometimes there were legitimate reasons in which case Dylan would work with the UX group to come up with a better solution and other times he pushed the development team to push themselves past where they thought the application could be. I hope to work with Dylan again in the future as he knows his stuff and is great to collaboration with and he always wants the best possible application for the users at the end of the day.
